C&G General Cleaning, LLC is a family-owned cleaning company located in Silver Spring, Maryland. Established in 2010, C&G has worked to pave the way for females to enter the male-dominated construction industry.

THE PRESIDENT
Rosy Diaz immigrated to the United States over 25 years ago from El Salvador. Having worked in both the hospitality and food industries, she is dedicated to ensuring all work performed is of the best quality.
Rosy Diaz is the founder and president of C&G General Cleaning, LLC. She oversees both office and field functions. Her goal when establishing this business was to create a change in the cleaning industry. She wanted to create a company where employees are the fundamental unit of the team and where cleaning is not only a job but also a passion. She enjoys seeing the transformation a home undergoes from when it is built to when it is finally ready to accept its new family!
Liliana Diaz is the daughter of Rosy Diaz and secretary of C&G General Cleaning. She handles various office functions, including invoices, payroll, and pay applications. She is experienced in Textura, Procore, Elations, EMars, and AonWrap. Her goal is to learn the "behind-the-scenes" of a business and help expand this business into new horizons.
THE SECRETARY
Liliana Diaz earned her B.S. in Biology at the University of Maryland. For over 4 years, she has worked alongside her mother running the business.
